The foundation publishes a collection of handbooks (Manuales de Desarrollo Sostenible) to publicise environmental projects carried out in collaboration with the main conservationist associations and to disseminate their results.

Since 2011, only a small number of hard copies are being produced, which are donated to entities, universities, public authorities and research centres involved in environmental management. Digital copies of these handbooks are available to the general public on the foundation website.

Recuperación del quebrantahuesos en el norte de España

This handbook tells of the work done since 2017 together with the Fundación para la Conservación del Quebrantahuesos to recover the bearded vulture in Northern Spain and to get it to re-colonise its former territories in the Iberian Peninsula.

In addition to describing bearded vulture biology, the current state of its populations and its legal status, the handbook gives an account of the strategy used for its conservation, based on habitat enhancement, the fostering of traditional livestock farming practices and social cooperation.

Conservación de olivos centenarios de montaña

This handbook explores all the aspects involved in recovering the mountain olive grove, an initiative undertaken by Trenca in Las Garrigas (Lérida) in 2018 in collaboration with Fundación Banco Santander.

It begins by defining the theoretical bases for sustainable growth, the characteristics of these typical Mediterranean habitats and the peculiarities of the area of action. It then goes on to explain ecological management techniques used on the estates, the actions taken restore their natural and cultural heritage, and the environmental training activities for local groups.
