We hereby inform you that your personal data will be processed by Fundación Banco Santander (hereinafter, the Foundation) in its capacity as Data Controller with registered office at C/ Serrano, 57, 28006 Madrid, for the purpose of managing the user's registration with the Foundation. This processing is legitimised by the execution of a contract through registration.
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the relationship with the user remains active. That is to say, those users who have decided to register in any of our calls, as long as they do not deregister or request deregistration from the Data Controller.
However, if you revoke your consent or exercise your right to suppression, your personal data will be kept blocked at the disposal of the Courts, Tribunals and competent Authorities, during the legally established statute of limitations.
The personal data that each user provides to the platform in the registration process will not be transferred by the Foundation to other entities of the group or to other third parties, unless we have previously informed you, for the provision of services or the legitimate interest of Banco Santander or compliance with legal obligations.
You may at any time exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection), under the terms provided for by law, by sending an email to privacidadfundacionbs@gruposantander.com.
