Luzes e Sombras. Diálogos de perspectivas ibéricas

On the occasion of the commemorative events of Lisbon as Ibero-American Capital of Culture 2017, Banco Santander Totta in Lisbon organises an exhibition entitled Lights and Shadows. Dialogues with an Iberian Perspective with the collaboration of the Banco Santander Foundation.

This exhibition showcases a total of 24 pieces from the Banco Santander collections in Spain and Portugal, selected by Professor Fernando Baptista Pereira. It is a significant display of the art of the Iberian Peninsula, a crossroads of intellectual thought and artistic expressions and movements from both countries. Internationally renowned Spanish artists such as Sorolla, Picasso and Chillida are exhibited alongside Portuguese artists such as Vieira da Silva, Malhoa and Negreiros.
